Grand Tavern Delray is one of three locations individually owned and operated by the Lucaj family. Having originated in Metro Detroit, we broadcast Michigan sporting events and feature some favorite Michigan food items on our menu.
Having grown up in the restaurant business, the Lucaj family knows good food. After experiencing great success at the original Grand Tavern in Farmington Hills Michigan, the Lucaj family went on to open a second location in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Delray Beach Florida is now the home of the third Grand Tavern!
Delray Beach locals have been both supportive and welcoming. We make every effort to give back to the community by supporting local businesses, charities and educational organizations.
We look forward to our continued success in the lovely Delray Beach!

It is a little know fact that Linton Blvd. is named after Michigan Congressman William S. Linton, who as one of the first developers in the area. Several Michigan investors partnered with Linton including Major Nathan Boynton, and David Swinton. The name "Delray" was in fact named after the Southwest Detroit neighborhood, Delray Detroit. In the early 1930's Delray Detroit was home to some 23,000 residents including the Grandparents of the Grand Tavern family.
